Bundle Her Up Return / Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange your item, provided you contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order and the Bundle Her Up product have not been worn, altered, tampered with, colored, processed, washed, if you remove or unwrap the bond that ties the hair extensions, it is deemed ineligible for an exchange - No Exceptions

If approved, we will communicate with you via email and send you instructions on how to send your exchange item once you have communicated with us.

In order to take precautions & to remain sanitary, We Do Not Offer Returns.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow hair that has been unraveled or manipulated to be exchanged for the safety of all our customers.

You can exchange Bundle Her Up hair extensions for different lengths and textures, we will adjust the cost of your order, if applicable.

All Shipping costs are your responsibility, we do not refund or pay for shipping costs for exchanges.

If you need to cancel your order, you will need to contact us via email at nicole@bundleherup.com within 12 hours of placing your order - No Exceptions.

No orders can be cancelled once the item has been SHIPPED.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been shipped.  When contacting us, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please remember, if the item(s) has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.  

All exchanges must go through our exchange process, please allow 3-5 days to process once we receive it. We do not process exchanges on Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  Once we have received, inspected, and approved that the hair extensions/wigs are eligible, we will notify you.
